were not just a matter of ritual purity, but of justice in the workplace as
well? Rabbi Smuly Yanklowitz, the
founder and president of the Orthodox social justice organization Uri L'Tzedek,
will speak about the Tav HaYosher initiative, which certifies kosher resturants
on the basis of their labor standards.
